We are expanding our talent acquisition team and are looking for an experienced recruiter who understands the healthcare RCM industry and can help us attract top talent.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Healthcare RCM Recruiter with proven experience hiring professionals in Medical Billing, AR Calling, Denial Management, Coding, Payment Posting, and Revenue Cycle Operations. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a track record of successfully closing positions within aggressive timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for healthcare RCM positions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, employee referrals, job portals, and social media channels.
• Recruit for positions including:
• AR Callers
• Senior AR Analysts
• Denial Management Specialists
• Medical Billers
• Payment Posting Associates
• Coding Professionals
• Team Leads and Managers
• Conduct initial screening and candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and operations leaders.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and talent databases.
• Drive employee referral programs and recruitment campaigns.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Meet monthly hiring targets while maintaining quality standards.
• Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports.

Required Qualifications

2–6 years of recruitment experience

Minimum 2 years of experience recruiting for Healthcare RCM / Medical Billing roles

Strong understanding of

• Accounts Receivable (AR) Calling
• Medical Billing
• Denial Management
• Payment Posting
• Revenue Cycle Management

Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, Naukri RMS, and other sourcing tools

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for US Healthcare BPOs or RCM organizations.
• Existing network within the healthcare RCM talent market in Coimbatore, Chennai, and South India.
• Experience with bulk hiring and campus recruitment initiatives.
