Product Manager

· Product Strategy & Vision: Own the product roadmap from 0 to 1 and scale, aligning community features with overarching business and health outcome goals.

· User-Centric Design: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, accessible, and user journeys suitable for diverse age groups and varying health literacy levels.

· Community Features & Engagement: Design and optimize features like peer-to-peer matching, Q&A forums, support groups, expert AMAs, and localized resource sharing .

· Compliance & Trust: Partner with legal, regulatory, and clinical teams to enforce strict data privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA in the US, DPDP in India) and maintain a safe, moderated community.

· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the central bridge connecting software engineers, data scientists, healthcare providers, and marketing teams.

· Data-Driven Iteration: Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like Daily/Monthly Active Users (DAU/MAU), churn rates, and engagement metrics to iterate on features.

Must-Have Qualifications

· Experience: 3-6 years of product management experience in mobile app development, consumer tech, or social platforms.

· Health Tech Acumen: Familiarity with digital health trends, telemedicine, wellness applications, or health data ecosystems.

· Analytical Prowess: Proven track record of using analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics) to inform product decisions and run A/B tests.

· Soft Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management, empathy for healthcare consumers, and the ability to clearly translate clinical needs into technical specifications.
