About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and result-driven Head – Supply Chain to lead and optimize our Pan-India supply chain operations. This is a leadership role requiring deep expertise in FMCG / Food & Beverage / Liquor industries, with strong exposure to cold chain logistics, warehousing, and large-scale distribution networks.

Qualification

MBA / M.Com / B.Com / Any Post-Graduate

Experience

15–20 years of relevant experience in FMCG / Food & Beverage / Liquor Industry

Hands-on experience in managing multi-location cold storage warehouses & logistics

Strong leadership experience in handling large teams & 3PL partners

Compensation

Maximum CTC PA Budget: 15 LPA – 20 LPA

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain & Operations

• Lead end-to-end warehousing & logistics operations in a high-growth environment
• Drive operational excellence across primary logistics, billing, and distribution
• Manage inventory accuracy through perpetual audits and third-party verifications
• Lead capacity planning, budgeting, forecasting & cost optimization initiatives
• Drive 3PL performance aligned with business objectives
• Lead ERP implementation, warehouse expansion & process improvement projects

Leadership & People Management

• Recruit, train, mentor, and develop internal teams & 3PL resources
• Build strong relationships with logistics partners, distributors & internal stakeholders

Quality & Compliance

• Drive ISO 22000:2018 and HACCP standards across all warehouses
• Ensure food safety, security, and quality compliance at all locations
• Lead statutory compliances including FSSAI, Legal Metrology, Trade License, Shop & Establishment, etc.
