The organization specializes in designing and building complex industrial systems, serving sectors such as semiconductors, specialty gases, photovoltaics, and other high-technology industries.

Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end supply chain strategy covering global sourcing, procurement, vendor development, inventory, and logistics.
  • Drive strategic sourcing of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and engineered components across global markets.
  • Build and strengthen supplier partnerships, subcontractor networks, and alternate sourcing strategies to improve cost, quality, and delivery.
  • Partner with engineering, design, production, and quality teams to support new product development and BOM-driven sourcing.
  • Optimize inventory, working capital, lead times, and COGS through strategic planning and supplier management.
  • Drive ERP/MRP-enabled supply chain transformation and build scalable procurement processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate will hold an Engineering degree with 15+ years of experience leading Supply Chain functions within industrial equipment, process industries, semiconductors, specialty gases, oil & gas, or heavy engineering. The individual should have proven expertise in global BOM-based sourcing, strategic procurement, vendor development, and contract negotiations, with experience managing ₹200Cr+ sourcing spend across mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, auxiliary systems, and engineered components. Strong exposure to sourcing across North America, Europe, Japan, and other global markets, while partnering with Engineering teams to support new product development (NPD), inventory optimization, and cost reduction initiatives is essential. Experience with ERP/MRP systems and leading high-performing SCM teams will be highly preferred.
