As a Product Manager, you will lead the execution of the company's product strategy to drive business growth. You will be responsible for ensuring product portfolio alignment with market trends - gathering and prioritizing customer requirements and managing product related projects, in line with the company objectives, ultimately contributing to company's competitive advantage and customer satisfaction. These projects include new product introductions, product enhancements, modifications, and phase-out strategies.

Defining, planning, and managing product enhancement/development projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, manufacturing, and sales ensuring the project budget and timeline adherence.

Supporting marketing team to create product messaging, collateral, and product training content for sales teams and customers to ensure a thorough understanding of product features, benefits, and applications.

Analysing product performance metrics, such as sales revenue, profit margins, market share, and customer satisfaction, to evaluate product success and identify areas for improvement

Providing regular reports and presentations to senior management on product performance, market trends, and strategic recommendations

Degree holder in mechanical engineering with proven academic excellence.

• MBA or Certifications in Project Management/Product Management is a plus
• 2-8 years of extensive experience in a BI Engineer/Developer role with proved proficiency
• Previous experience in product development, product management, project management or a related role
• Experience in planning and managing projects requiring working in cross-functional teams such as, engineering, manufacturing, marketing, sales, and customer support teams.
• Strong understanding of automotive market dynamics, trends, and competitive landscape is a plus.
• Strong English verbal and written skills
• Excellent programming and analytical skills, precise, results-oriented, and well-structured

Excellent analytical skills to analyse data to make informed decisions about product features, market fit, and performance metrics.

Proficiency in using MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word for data analysis, modelling, and reporting purposes.
