🎓 Preferred Educational Background

Candidates with an exceptional academic background will be preferred.

Preferred qualifications include

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Graduates from leading institutions such as IITs, IIITs, BITS Pilani, IISc Bangalore, or globally recognised universities are highly preferred.
• Candidates with M.Tech, MS, or PhD qualifications in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related fields are encouraged to apply.

🚀 Role Overview

We're looking for a technical leader to own and scale the company's AI Intelligence Layer.

Unlike a traditional Head of AI role, this position focuses on transforming AI, machine learning, and data into practical business intelligence that drives better decisions across content, creators, monetisation, operations, and platform performance.

You'll lead the evolution of the company's intelligence infrastructure while working closely with Product, Engineering, Business, and Leadership teams.
