Growth Marketing Specialist-ecommerce and digital marketing

Location: Bangalore (On-site)

💰 Salary: ₹5.5 LPA + Incentives

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist with experience in ecommerce and digital marketing to drive online sales, optimize marketplace performance, and scale growth across D2C and ecommerce channels.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute ecommerce growth strategies.

Manage online marketplaces such as Amazon, Shopify, FirstCry, and Quick Commerce.

Optimize website performance, user experience, and product listings.

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, Email Marketing & Social Media).

Analyze sales and marketing data using Excel and other analytics tools.

Monitor inventory, pricing, merchandising, and ecommerce operations.

Improve customer acquisition, retention, and overall shopping experience.

Track KPIs and prepare performance reports for management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

1+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Ecommerce, or Digital Marketing.

Hands-on experience with Shopify, Amazon, FirstCry, or other ecommerce platforms.

Strong knowledge of Excel formulas and data analysis.

Experience with SEO, SEM, content marketing, and performance marketing.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Experience in the consumer goods industry is a plus.
