Growth Marketing Executive - Organic Growth

Role & responsibilities

• AI Search Optimisation (GEO/AEO): Improve visibility in AI-powered search by optimising content, website structure, entities, structured data, and knowledge graphs to increase brand discoverability and citations by LLMs.
• Decision-Maker Focused Content: Create high-value technical content such as AI insights, engineering blogs, case studies, whitepapers, solution pages, and industry-specific content to attract CTOs, founders, and enterprise buyers.
• LinkedIn Growth: Strengthen brand and leadership presence through leadership, engaging content, case study promotion, and targeted outreach to technology decision-makers.
• Online Brand Presence: Expand visibility across technology and AI directories, review platforms, business listings, startup and developer communities, guest blogs, podcasts, and industry publications to build authority and credibility.
• Website Conversion Optimisation: Optimize the website to improve user experience, increase conversions, and generate more qualified leads through landing page optimisation, CTA testing, lead magnets, and user journey improvements.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze key marketing and business metrics to measure performance, identify optimization opportunities, and improve lead generation and overall marketing effectiveness.
