Digital Marketing Manager – Growth & Performance Marketing

📍 Location: Mumbai

💰 Compensation: Up to ₹18 LPA

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Manager for a fast-growing financial services and WealthTech platform.

This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer with deep expertise in Performance Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and customer acquisition within a B2C digital ecosystem.

What You'll Drive

✔ Own end-to-end performance marketing across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other digital channels.

✔ Plan and execute customer acquisition campaigns to drive quality leads and business growth.

✔ Build and optimize marketing funnels, landing pages, and conversion journeys.

✔ Monitor and improve key metrics including CAC, CPL, ROAS, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.

✔ Drive SEO, SEM, remarketing, and marketing automation initiatives.

✔ Work closely with product, sales, and leadership teams to execute growth strategies and launch new offerings.

✔ Build dashboards and leverage analytics to generate actionable insights.

Preferred Profile

✔ 5–8 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Performance Marketing.

✔ Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, CRM, and marketing automation platforms.

✔ Prior experience in WealthTech, FinTech, Broking, Investments, Consumer Finance, or high-growth B2C startups will be strongly preferred.

✔ Proven track record of scaling digital acquisition and managing meaningful marketing budgets.

✔ Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business outcomes.
