Group Head/ Senior Group Head- Marketplace

What will you do?

Growing the overall revenue of the marketplace division by adding new clients and growing existing clients

Maintaining close relationship with marketplace partners- Amazon, Flipkart, Big Basket, etc.

Operational efficiency in the team

Overseeing media planning and campaign execution across multiple clients

Client relationship management

Innovative campaigns across AMS and other platforms to deliver differentiated results.

Team size planning based on the revenue projections.

Recruitment, training and mentoring of the team members.

Ability to lead a team of 20+ marketing analysts & specialists.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 4+ years of working experience in a digital marketing role, minimum 2 years on Amazon marketing services.

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with tight deadlines.
