Group Finance Manager (Future CFO Track)

Role & responsibilities

• Lead the Group's financial strategy, planning, and governance.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, treasury, and cash flow optimization.
• Prepare Board-level financial reports, MIS, and strategic insights.
• Lead fundraising, investor relations, M&A, and financial due diligence.
• Ensure statutory compliance, corporate governance, and audit readiness.
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team.
• Drive ERP, finance automation, and process improvement initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

CA (ICAI) or MBA Finance from a reputed institution

15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience

Mandatory experience in Healthcare, Diagnostics, Biomedical Equipment, Hospital Management, or MedTech

Strong expertise in Financial Planning, Treasury, Budgeting & P&L Management

Experience in Fundraising, M&A, Investor Relations, and Financial Modeling

Knowledge of Corporate Governance, Taxation, Audit & Regulatory Compliance

Leadership experience managing multi-location finance teams

Preferred

• Experience in MedTech, HealthTech, or Pharmaceutical Devices
• ERP Systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally) and Business Intelligence tools
• Knowledge of NABH, NABL, and healthcare financial operations
• Proven track record in digital finance transformation and process automation
