Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Kasganj. The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for digital and print channels, including marketing collateral, social media graphics, presentations, and product-related materials. Daily tasks include developing brand-aligned concepts, designing logos and brand elements, selecting and refining typography, and producing graphics that support campaigns and customer communications. The role involves collaborating with marketing, sales, and product teams to translate ideas into clear visual narratives, maintaining design consistency, and preparing files for production or deployment. The Graphic Designer will also review and refine existing materials, ensuring they meet quality standards and align with WattMonk’s brand and mission in the solar industry.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create clear, compelling visual content.
  • Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding, including developing and maintaining cohesive visual identities.
  • Solid understanding of Typography and its application in digital and print layouts.
  • Experience using industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or similar).
  • Ability to interpret briefs, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail, visual storytelling skills, and a portfolio demonstrating relevant design work.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
  • Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred; experience in the renewable energy or technology sector is an advantage.
