We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can convert strategy, content, services, campaigns, and business ideas into clean, premium, and high-impact visuals.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Graphic Designer for our Ahmedabad office.

This role is ideal for someone who understands that design is not just decoration. It should communicate clearly, look professional, and support business growth.

You will work on

• Social media creatives
• Flyers and brochures
• Carousels
• Campaign creatives
• Company profiles
• Pitch decks
• Presentation designs
• Brand communication assets

Key Responsibilities

• Design social media posts, carousels, flyers, brochures, and presentation layouts.
• Create brand-aligned visuals for Growthora’s campaigns and services.
• Convert content briefs into clear, structured, and visually strong creatives.
• Work on designs related to startups, MSMEs, registrations, funding readiness, compliance, market access, and digital growth.
• Maintain consistency in colours, typography, spacing, icons, and layouts.
• Design creatives that are clean, premium, readable, and not overcrowded.
• Collaborate with the content and marketing team.
• Prepare final creatives in required formats for social media, print, and presentations.

What We Are Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design.
• Strong portfolio of social media creatives, flyers, brochures, or presentation designs.
• Good understanding of layout, spacing, alignment, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
• Ability to understand content and convert it into meaningful visuals.
• Fast execution with attention to detail.
• Strong sense of branding and consistency.
• Ability to take feedback and improve quickly.

Bonus Skills

• Experience in designing for startups, MSMEs, B2B brands, consulting firms, or advisory businesses.
• Presentation and pitch deck design experience.
• Basic motion graphics or video editing knowledge.
• Ability to create simple icons, line art, and infographic layouts.
• Experience with Canva editable design systems.
