Role Description The Graphic Design Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore. This role involves creating high-quality graphics for digital products, marketing assets, and UX deliverables that support SaaS UX optimization initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include developing visual concepts, designing logos and brand assets, preparing layouts and illustrations, and editing images for web and product interfaces. The specialist collaborates closely with UX designers, product teams, and marketers to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints and to align designs with product strategy and conversion goals. The role also includes maintaining design libraries, preparing files for production, and contributing creative ideas that strengthen product clarity and user engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create visually compelling assets for digital products and marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding to develop cohesive visual identities and brand systems for SaaS products and studio initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with Image Editing, including retouching, optimizing assets for web, and preparing visuals for UI/UX implementations.
• Advanced skills in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma or similar), and understanding of design principles, typography, color, and layout.
• Ability to translate UX and product requirements into clear visual concepts, with attention to detail and consistency across platforms.
• Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience and portfolio demonstrating previous work.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams in an on-site environment in Indore.
• Experience in SaaS or digital product environments and familiarity with UX and conversion-focused design concepts is a plus.
