Role Description The Graphic Design Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh. The specialist will create visual assets for digital and print media, including social media graphics, marketing materials, presentations, and training content. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing brand-aligned designs, collaborating with content, marketing, and training teams, and ensuring consistency across all visual communications. The role involves logo design and refinement, image editing, and preparing production-ready files while adhering to project timelines and brand guidelines. The specialist will also contribute creative ideas for campaigns, course materials, and learner engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create engaging visuals for digital and print channels.
• Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain cohesive visual identity across programs and campaigns.
• Proficiency in Image Editing, including retouching, optimization, and preparing assets for web and print.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or similar).
• Ability to interpret briefs, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• A portfolio demonstrating creative work in marketing, education, or tech training contexts.
• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Attention to detail, strong visual storytelling skills, and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
