Graphic & Branding Designer

Role Description The Graphic & Branding Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat. This role involves creating brand identities, logos, and visual systems for clients, including style guides and design assets for both print and digital use. The designer will collaborate with strategy and web teams to translate brand concepts into consistent visual designs, including website layouts, social media creatives, and marketing collateral. Day-to-day tasks include developing concepts, refining typography and color palettes, preparing design files for production, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. The role also requires participating in client meetings, presenting design ideas, and iterating based on feedback while meeting project timelines.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create compelling visual compositions.
• Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding, including developing brand identities and visual systems.
• Solid understanding of Typography and its application in brand and web design.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma or similar).
• Portfolio demonstrating brand identity projects, logo work, and digital/print design.
• Ability to translate brand strategy into visual concepts and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
