Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals, user needs, and brand objectives.
• Design visually engaging graphics for digital and print media, maintaining consistency with brand guidelines.
• Create user-centric wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Develop responsive websites, landing pages, and UI components with a strong focus on usability and aesthetics.
• Conduct user research and usability testing; iterate designs based on feedback.
• Maintain and evolve design systems, component libraries, and style guides.
• Stay updated with current design trends, tools, technologies, and best practices.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
• Provide mentorship and constructive feedback to junior designers as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience:3 - 5 years of relevant experience in graphic and/or UX/UI design with a strong portfolio.
• Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, responsive design, and UX principles.
• Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and design documentation.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
