Job Title: Google SEO Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Google SEO Specialist to improve our website's visibility in Google Search, increase organic traffic, and generate qualified leads. The ideal candidate has experience with on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, keyword research, content optimization, and performance analysis using industry-standard SEO tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve Google search rankings.
• Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities for organic growth.
• Optimize website content, meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, and internal linking.
• Perform technical SEO audits and resolve issues such as crawl errors, indexing, page speed, and mobile usability.
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversions, providing regular performance reports.
• Plan and execute link-building campaigns to improve domain authority.
• Collaborate with content writers, designers, and developers to implement SEO best practices.
• Stay up to date with Google's algorithm updates and SEO trends.
• Analyze competitors and identify opportunities to improve search visibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• 0 to 2 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of Google's ranking factors and SEO best practices.
• Experience with:
• Google Analytics
• Google Search Console
• SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar SEO tools
• Screaming Frog SEO Spider
• Keyword research tools
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is an advantage.
• Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Google Analytics Certification or other relevant SEO certifications.
• Experience with local SEO, e-commerce SEO, or international SEO.
• Familiarity with Core Web Vitals and structured data (Schema.org).
• Understanding of content marketing and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
