Google Ads Specialist

CEARSLEG Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist to join our digital marketing team in Trivandrum.

We're looking for someone who can confidently plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to generate quality leads and deliver measurable results. If you enjoy working with data, improving campaign performance, and staying updated with the latest Google Ads features, we'd like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns.
• Optimize Search, Display, Performance Max, and Remarketing campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI and lead quality.
• Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4.
• Prepare campaign performance reports and insights.
• Work closely with the content and web development teams to improve campaign performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Search, Display, Performance Max, and Remarketing campaigns.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Good understanding of conversion tracking and campaign optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Agency experience is preferred.
