Role & Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Display, Video, Performance Max) across multiple client accounts.
• Conduct keyword research, bid strategy design, audience segmentation, and landing page alignment to maximize ROAS and lower CPA.
• Monitor daily performance, identify underperformers, and implement A/B tests to continuously improve campaign efficiency and scale winning assets.
• Build customized campaign structures, UTM tracking, conversion goals, and audience lists using Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager.
• Generate client-ready performance reports and present actionable insights to stakeholders with clear recommendations for scaling or course correction.
• Collaborate with creative, SEO, and account management teams to align ad messaging, funnel strategy, and cross-channel attribution.
