Google Ads Expert

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Search, Display, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and YouTube campaigns.
• Perform keyword research, audience targeting, bidding optimization, and budget management.
• Set up and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Ads Conversion Tracking, and Enhanced Conversions.
• Configure and troubleshoot website lead tracking, call tracking, and event tracking.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize for lead quality and ROI.
• Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to improve campaign performance.

SEO Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Improve website rankings, organic traffic, and search visibility.
• Perform technical SEO audits and implement recommendations.
• Monitor website performance using Google Search Console, GA4, and SEO tools.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, GA4, GTM, Conversion Tracking, and Google Search Console.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage.
