We're Hiring: Google Ads Specialist – Performance Marketing

💼 Experience: 4+ Years

We're looking for a Google Ads Specialist who goes beyond managing campaigns and takes ownership of business outcomes.

This role is for someone who can

✅ Manage multiple client accounts independently

✅ Build and scale Search, PMax & Demand Gen campaigns

✅ Own strategy, execution, optimization, and client communication

✅ Connect ad spend to leads, revenue, and business growth

✅ Use AI and automation to improve efficiency and performance

✅ Present insights and recommendations confidently to clients

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience
• Strong expertise in Search, Performance Max, and Demand Gen
• Experience with GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, and offline conversions
• Proven track record of improving CPA, ROAS, lead quality, and revenue
• Agency experience preferred
• Healthcare marketing experience is a strong advantage

What You'll Do

• Own a portfolio of client accounts end-to-end
• Develop growth strategies and 90-day roadmaps
• Drive performance improvements through data-backed decisions
• Collaborate with creative, content, web, and analytics teams
• Build trusted client relationships and lead strategic reviews
