Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Go (Golang) Back-End Developer role based in Aluva. The developer will design, build, and maintain scalable back-end services and APIs that power MyResto Todays customer engagement platform and food distribution features. Daily responsibilities include implementing new functionalities in Go, optimizing application performance, integrating third-party services, and ensuring security, reliability, and maintainability of back-end systems. The role involves collaborating closely with front-end developers, product managers, and designers to deliver seamless user experiences, as well as participating in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes. The developer will also help troubleshoot production issues, refine system architecture, and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.

Qualifications

Strong programming foundation with proficiency in Go (Golang) and general Programming principles.Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, including RESTful APIs, microservices, and integration with databases.Experience in Software Development life cycle practices such as version control, testing, debugging, and deployment.Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and ability to design clean, modular, and maintainable code.Basic understanding of Front-End Development and ability to collaborate effectively with front-end teams.Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a back-end or software developer, preferably working with Go in production.Familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL databases, caching, and message queues is beneficial.Experience with cloud platforms, containerization (e.g., Docker), and CI/CD pipelines is an added advantage.Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
