Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the organization's financial operations and drive long-term financial growth. The CFO will oversee budgeting, financial planning, accounting, taxation, compliance, risk management, treasury, and corporate governance while providing strategic financial insights to support business decisions.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement the company's financial strategy.
• Prepare annual budgets and long-term financial plans.
• Monitor financial performance and recommend improvements.
• Support business expansion and investment decisions.
• Conduct financial forecasting and scenario analysis.

Financial Management

• Oversee accounting and finance operations.
• Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity.
• Optimize financial resources and cost management.
• Manage treasury operations.

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Prepare annual operating budgets.
• Track budget performance.
• Forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability.
• Analyze financial variances.

Accounting & Reporting

• Ensure accurate bookkeeping and financial reporting.
• Review Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, and Cash Flow Statement.
• Present financial reports to the Board of Directors and management.

Taxation & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, TDS, and statutory regulations.
• Coordinate tax planning and tax audits.
• Liaise with statutory auditors and government authorities.
• Ensure timely filing of statutory returns.

Audit & Internal Controls

• Lead internal and external audits.
• Develop strong internal financial controls.
• Identify financial risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and corporate policies.

Risk Management

• Identify operational and financial risks.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Monitor insurance policies and financial safeguards.

Banking & Treasury

• Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Negotiate loans, credit facilities, and banking arrangements.
• Manage investments and debt financing.
• Ensure optimal cash management.

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team.
• Develop employee performance and succession plans.
• Foster collaboration across departments.
• Build a high-performance finance culture.

Business Strategy

• Partner with the CEO and leadership team on strategic initiatives.
• Evaluate mergers, acquisitions, and investment opportunities.
• Support fundraising and investor relations.
• Drive profitability and sustainable business growth.
