Job Description

• Design and develop AI/ML solutions using enterprise-approved tools and technologies.
• Develop reusable AI capabilities ("skills") such as copilots, agents, APIs, and domain-specific automation components for enterprise use.
• Build and operationalize AI-powered solutions including coding assistants, recommendation engines, search assistants, and workflow automation tools.
• Develop and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) based generative AI solutions, including text-to-code, diagram-to-code, recommendation services, and automation use cases.
• Implement AI-based search solutions, chatbots, and APIs to enhance user experience and functionality.
• Design and develop Generative AI, OpenAI, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, and AI agent-based implementations.
• Utilize vector databases and indexing techniques to optimize AI solutions.
• Work in cloud environments, preferably Azure (preferred) or AWS (acceptable), to deploy and manage AI solutions.
• Design and implement agent-based AI systems, including:
• Tool invocation and function calling
• Multi-step decision and reasoning chains
• Autonomous task execution and completion
• Work with agent orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in designing and developing AI skills (modular AI components such as copilots, agents, plugins, APIs, and reusable services).
• Experience defining and implementing evaluation metrics using tools such as RAGAS and DeepEval to measure reliability, accuracy, and memory retention of agentic systems.
• Strong expertise in Generative AI, OpenAI, LLMs, RAG, and AI agent-based implementations.
• Experience with vector databases and indexing techniques.
• Experience developing and implementing MCP Servers for integration with AI agents (e.g., Copilot Agent Mode).
• Strong programming skills in one or more languages such as Python, .NET, or Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure (preferred) or AWS.
• Experience with model fine-tuning techniques such as LoRA/QLoRA to improve agent behavior.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building enterprise-grade AI skill catalogs, developer platforms, or reusable AI frameworks.
• Experience developing reusable Terraform frameworks or internal developer platforms for AI workloads.
• Experience standardizing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) templates across teams.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms and Terraform Infrastructure as Code.
• Strong adherence to secure coding practices.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools such as Splunk.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Hyderabad, Telangana (Hyderabad District)
