About the Role

We are seeking an experienced GenAI Developer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing, deploying, and optimizing Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and modern AI frameworks. You will be responsible for building intelligent AI-powered applications, integrating AI services into enterprise solutions, and driving innovation using the latest advancements in Artificial Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Generative AI applications.
• Build AI-powered solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI GPT, Llama, Claude, Gemini, or similar models.
• Develop and optimize Prompt Engineering strategies for various business use cases.
• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Integrate Vector Databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB, or Weaviate.
• Develop REST APIs and integrate AI services into enterprise applications.
• Build conversational AI solutions, chatbots, and intelligent assistants.
• Fine-tune AI models and optimize inference performance.
• Work with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for AI deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Science, Backend Development, DevOps, and Product teams.
• Ensure AI solutions follow security, scalability, and performance best practices.
• Stay updated with emerging trends and advancements in Generative AI technologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Python development.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Strong knowledge of Prompt Engineering techniques.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
• Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Hands-on experience with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB, or Weaviate.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and AI model integration.
• Experience with Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Git is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,250,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pune, Maharashtra (Pune, Pune District)
