Locations: Pune, Hyderabad, Greater Noida Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior with expertise in Python, Generative AI, and Agentic AI to lead innovative projects in our Pune office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning workflows, particularly with ML Flow, and a proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive project success.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple projects focused on Python and Generative AI technologies.

Oversee the development and implementation of machine learning workflows using ML Flow.

Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.

Mentor and guide junior team members in best practices and project management methodologies.

Skills

Proven experience with Python programming.

Strong knowledge of Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies.

Expertise in ML Flow for managing machine learning workflows.

Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
