GCP Cloud Engineer

Preferred Qualifications

• Required Skills
• 5+ years of IT experience with at least 3+ years in Cloud Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with GCP services:
• Compute Engine
• Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE)
• Cloud IAM
• Cloud Storage
• Cloud Logging & Monitoring
• VPC Service Controls (VPC-SC)
• Load Balancing
• Cloud Shell
• Expertise in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture and Kubernetes.
• Experience with GCP Landing Zone implementation (Mandatory).
• Knowledge of cloud security, governance, compliance, and operational best practices.
• Experience in cloud automation using GCP-native services.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• GCP Certifications (Associate Cloud Engineer / Professional Cloud Architect).
• Experience working in multi-cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Exposure to Cloud SQL and enterprise-scale cloud environments.

Mandatory Skills

GCP, Terraform, GKE, IAM, VPC-SC, Cloud Governance, GCP Landing Zone.

Experience in cloud automation using GCP-native services.

• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
