Fund Accounting Manager & Senior

Job Title: Fund Accounting – Multiple Levels (Private Equity)

Location: Bangalore

We are hiring Fund Accounting professionals for a leading global Accounting, Tax Advisory & Outsourcing firm. Candidates with experience in Private Equity Fund Accounting are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform fund accounting and NAV calculations.
• Prepare investor reporting and financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and fund accounting standards.
• Manage reconciliations and support audits.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor team members, where applicable.

Qualifications

• 3–12 years of Fund Accounting experience (Private Equity preferred).
• MBA (Finance), CA, CFA, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of NAV, investor reporting, and US GAAP.
• Advanced MS Excel skills; Yardi experience is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
