Fullstack Lead Developer (React.js + Node.js)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced full-stack developer with 4+ years of expertise in React.js, Node.js, Nest.js and MongoDB. The role involves building scalable web applications, leading a team, and handling client communication to ensure successful project delivery

Responsibilities

• Develop front-end features using React.js and back-end logic with Nest.js and MongoDB.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical expertise and best practices.
• Architect and design a scalable and maintainable front-end solution.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry standards and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web development and provide recommendations for improvements.

Experience

• React JS: 3+ years (Required)
• Node JS: 4+ years (Required)
• Nest JS : 2+ years (Required)

Qualifications, Skills And Experience

• 4+ years of commercial software development experience in ReactJs, NodeJS, JavaScript & TypeScript, and MongoDB.
• Must have React experience with custom components and custom hooks development experience.
• Extensive experience with MongoDB and building RESTful APIs.
• Proven Leadership Skills And Client Communication Abilities.
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
