FullStack Engineer (AI) - Bengaluru/Sweden

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer with strong experience in Next.js,

TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and modern frontend architecture to build a next-generation AI-powered

scheduling and optimization platform for the home-care industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and upgrade our multi-tenant scheduling and optimization engine.
• Develop domain logic: staff, routing, competencies, time-windows, continuity scoring.
• Create frontend components: scheduling UI, KPIs, dashboards.
• Design efficient APIs for large-scale operations.
• Build scenario planning tools and forecasting modules.
• Optimize data handling at scale.
• Implement metrics, observability, drift detection.

Qualifications

Must Have

• Next.js, React, TypeScript expertise
• PostgreSQL + ORM (Drizzle preferred)
• Scalable backend/API development
• Strong React fundamentals
• CI/CD experience
• Strong architecture and clean code practices

Good to Have

• Timefold / OR-Tools
• Scheduling UIs (Bryntum)
• AWS architecture knowledge
