FullStack Developer(Python)

Experience

• 6–8 years of experience in full stack software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML or GenAI systems
• Hands-on experience building and shipping production-grade web applications end-to-end
• Proven track record of working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments — startups, consulting, or innovation teams preferred
• Exposure to private equity, management consulting, or data-driven business environments is a plus

Technical Skills — Preferred

• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
• LLMOps, evaluation frameworks, and AI observability tooling
• Multi-agent systems and AI orchestration frameworks (e.g. LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen)
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code)
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code
