After successfully operating in the legal domain for the last 2 years, we are now expanding into allied professional services including taxation, audit, financial advisory, compliance, corporate structuring, and transaction advisory. We are looking for a highly competent and growth-oriented Practicing Chartered Accountant (CA) with a valid Certificate of Practice (COP) to join us as a full-time professional.

📍 Location: Dabri Mod, Janakpuri, New Delhi

💼 Position: Full-Time Practicing Chartered Accountant (CA) with COP

💰 Compensation: Fixed Monthly Remuneration + Attractive Performance-Based Incentives

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be expected to independently manage and lead the firm’s Chartered Accountancy vertical, including:

• Statutory Audit, Internal Audit & Tax Audit assignments
• Direct Tax advisory, tax planning, and income tax compliances
• GST advisory, compliance, assessments, and litigation support
• ROC / MCA compliance and corporate regulatory filings
• Financial due diligence and transaction advisory
• Accounting supervision, financial reporting, and MIS
• Virtual CFO / CFO advisory services for SMEs and startups
• Fundraising, valuation, and financial structuring support
• Preparation and review of financial statements and audit reports
• Advisory on corporate restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactions
• Client handling, business development, and relationship management
• Building and scaling the CA practice vertical independently

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for someone who possesses

✅ Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a valid COP

✅ Strong practical experience in taxation, audit, and advisory

✅ Ability to independently manage assignments and client deliverables

✅ Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills

✅ Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership capabilities

✅ High level of professional ethics, ownership, and accountability

✅ Prior experience handling startup, SME, corporate, or HNI clients will be preferred
