Full-Stack Web & Mobile App Developer / Manager

Location: Anywhere but preferably Bengaluru /Delhi NCR /Chandigarh/ Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle: from architecture, design, coding, testing, deployment, to maintenance.
• Build the MVP (Minimum Viable Product) with a lean team, optimizing time-to-market and cost efficiency.
• Architect scalable systems that allow new modules (ATS, CRM, Aggregation) to be added post-development and deployment of the MVP.
• Select, configure, and manage servers, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and DevOps pipeline.
• Ensure software and database security, implement backup & recovery systems, and safeguard against hacking or data breaches.
• Maintain compliance with the Indian Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA 2023), and other global privacy regulations.
• Ensure application query and database search performance and overall user experience.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs in .NET Core, Java, and other backend frameworks.
• Hire, mentor, and train the UI/UX front-end and backend developers team as the platform grows.
• Conduct market research to identify new features and improve product competitiveness. ​​​​​​ Drive cutting-edge tech stack and modern product development practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on coding experience in: Java, JavaScript, Python, Kotlin, Swift, C#, SQL, Objective-C, HTML.
• Proficiency with libraries/frameworks: .NET, React Native, Flutter, Angular, Spring Boot, Xamarin, RxSwift, SwiftUI, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL.
• Tools: Xcode, Android Studio, Visual Studio, VS Code, AWS, Azure, Jenkins, and Ansible.
• Experience in server selection, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps (Azure DevOps, Jenkins), Agile & Scrum.
• Strong knowledge of software security, database encryption, backup systems, and compliance (GDPR, DPDPA, ISO).
• Ability to design scalable, modular architecture for large-scale applications, starting with a lean time to build MVP and then scale.
• Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and optimization skills.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.
• 5–10 years of experience in full-stack web and mobile development, with at least 2–3 years in a team lead / managerial role.
• Prior experience in building large-scale SaaS platforms, marketplaces, or job portals preferred.
• Professional certifications in Cloud, DevOps, or Security will be a plus.
