About the Role

Masotech eStaffing Private Limited is looking for a passionate and self-driven Full-Stack Web Developer to join our growing technology team.

You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing modern web applications from the ground up. This role requires someone who enjoys solving real-world problems, takes ownership of their work, and can independently deliver high-quality solutions across both frontend and backend development.

You will work closely with the product team throughout the entire software development lifecycle—from planning and development to deployment and ongoing improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development

• Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Build clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design.
• Convert UI/UX designs into high-quality web interfaces.

Backend Development

• Design and develop RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
• Build secure authentication and authorization systems.
• Develop and maintain application logic and backend services.
• Integrate third-party APIs where required.

Database Management

• Design and maintain relational databases using MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Write optimized SQL queries and ensure database performance.
• Maintain data integrity and scalability.

Deployment & Maintenance

• Deploy and maintain web applications on VPS or cloud hosting environments.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
• Ensure application security, stability, and reliability.

SEO & Performance Optimization

• Implement technical SEO best practices, including semantic HTML, meta tags, image optimization, structured data, sitemap generation, and page speed improvements.
• Optimize applications for performance and mobile responsiveness.

Collaboration

• Work closely with the management teams to understand business requirements.
• Participate in planning, estimation, and feature discussions.
• Communicate progress effectively and proactively identify potential challenges.
• Deliver quality solutions within agreed timelines.

Experience

• 2–4 years of professional experience in Full-Stack Web Development.
• Experience building and deploying live web applications.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
