Full Stack Software Engineer (Internal Systems)

StoreEYE provides real-time security services to retail sites and commercial spaces. The internal tools we use are the fulcrum of what makes this possible - we’re able to carry on with our mission critical operations because of the technical systems that support it. We are looking for engineers who treat fellow teammates with fairness, respect, and support.

Your job will be to manufacture highly reliable software that is used across StoreEYE. Other applications range from building platforms that support concurrent streams of data and creating applications that improve how we operate.

Experience is not required to be successful here - rather we look for smart, motivated, respectful, collaborative engineers who love solving problems and want to make an impact. You will have full ownership of challenging problems, working directly with the founding team. The success of our work depends on the software that you produce! This is a full-time, on-site role based in Karnal, Haryana.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop software solutions that help us grow and scale
• Create new applications that improve internal operations
• Build prototypes to prove out key design concepts
• Own all aspects of software engineering and product development
• Deep dive into your team’s problems to find and create efficient solutions

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or computer software engineering; OR 1.5+ years of professional experience in full stack development in lieu of a degree
• Rigorous experience building single page web applications
• Experience with version control, continuous integration, and continuous delivery concepts
• Expertise in designing software systems
• Deep understanding of testing, continuous integration, build, deployment & monitoring
• Front-end experience in Angular, React, Next JS or similar JavaScript framework
• Back-end experience with PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Node.js
• Experience with security-focused or operational support systems is a plus
