Job Title: Software Engineer (Full Stack Developer)

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Software Engineer role based in Lucknow. The Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain backend and full-stack software solutions that support clients' digital transformation initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean, efficient code, implementing and testing new features, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and optimizing system performance. The Software Engineer will also help improve development workflows, documentation, and best practices to ensure reliable, scalable solutions.

Solid foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.

Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with experience in PHP, jQuery, MySql, React .

Hands-on experience with Back-End Web Development, including APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.

Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and their practical application in building modular, maintainable systems.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Ability to analyze requirements, propose technical solutions, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience with cloud platforms, DevOps practices, or frontend technologies is an advantage.

Experience

Minimum 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in web and software development in following technologies:

• PHP
• Laravel ( MVC frameworks)
• MySQL
• ReactJS
