About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and resourceful Full Stack Software Developer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, building high-quality web and mobile applications, and continuously learning emerging technologies.

You'll work across the full development lifecycle—from designing intuitive user interfaces to developing scalable backend systems—while collaborating with a small, fast-moving team that values innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop modern, responsive web and mobile applications from concept to deployment.
• Create visually appealing, intuitive, and user-centric UI/UX designs before implementing them in code.
• Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces with a strong focus on usability, accessibility, and visual consistency.
• Develop robust backend services, APIs, and database integrations using Node.js.
• Translate business requirements into clean, scalable, and maintainable technical solutions.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimise applications for performance and scalability.
• Utilise AI-assisted development tools, including Claude Skills and Agents, to improve development efficiency and code quality.
• Stay up to date with new frameworks, technologies, and industry best practices, adopting them where appropriate.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining high engineering standards.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should meet one of the following experience criteria

• 2–3 years of professional experience in web and/or mobile application development,
• OR
• A portfolio of one or more personal software projects with an active user base that demonstrates strong technical capability and product ownership.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+).
• Hands-on experience with React.js and Next.js for modern web application development.
• Experience building mobile applications using React Native.
• Strong backend development experience using Node.js, including building RESTful APIs and integrating databases.
• Demonstrated ability to create modern, polished, and user-friendly UI/UX designs—not just implement existing designs.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, spacing, colour theory, and responsive layouts.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Experience using Claude Skills and Claude Agents as part of the development workflow.
• Ability to quickly learn, evaluate, and adopt new technologies and development tools.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
