Hiring: Founding Full-Stack Mobile Engineer

Were building Tobbo, a next-generation consumer social platform, and were looking for a Founding Full-Stack Mobile Engineer who can take complete ownership of the product from development to production.

What Youll Do

Build high-quality mobile applications using modern AI development tools.Build backend APIs, authentication, databases, and third-party integrations.Deploy backend services and Android/iOS applications.Review, validate, debug, and improve AI-generated code.Optimize performance, fix production issues, and maintain scalable systems.Work closely with the founder to rapidly build, iterate, and ship new features.Take complete ownership of the product from development to deployment.What Were Looking For

Independently built and shipped at least one production mobile application.Experience building backend APIs (not just integrating APIs).Strong understanding of databases, authentication, cloud deployment, and system architecture.Experience using AI development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Gemini, Windsurf, or similar.Strong debugging, problem-solving, and ownership mindset.Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.Bonus

Experience with real-time systems, push notifications, analytics, or AI-powered applications.Experience building consumer-facing products or social applications.If youre passionate about building products from 0 1, love shipping fast, and want to be a founding engineer with real ownership and impact, wed love to hear from you.
