Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled MERN Stack Developer with hands-on experience in AI-

assisted software development and a strong background in gaming projects. The ideal

candidate should be comfortable using AI tools to accelerate development while maintaining

high code quality, scalability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN Stack (MongoDB,

Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

• Utilize AI coding tools (such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or

similar) to improve development speed and productivity.

• Design, develop, and optimize backend APIs and frontend applications.
• Work on gaming-related platforms, dashboards, multiplayer systems, or gaming

integrations.

• Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, authentication, and real-time features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following industry best practices.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality

products.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical architecture discussions.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with the MERN Stack.
• Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript (preferred), HTML5, and

CSS3.

• Experience with REST APIs, WebSockets, and real-time applications.
• Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants like ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot,

Cursor, Claude, or similar AI tools for software development.

• Experience with Git, GitHub/GitLab, and CI/CD workflows.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working on gaming products, gaming platforms, casino games,

fantasy sports, multiplayer systems, or similar gaming applications.

• Experience with Socket.io, Redis, Docker, AWS, or cloud deployment.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture is a plus.
• Familiarity with performance optimization and scalable system design.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
