Job Description & Responsibilities

Job Title: Full Stack Developer

Travel: As per the project need.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Full Stack Developer to join our technology team in Pune. This role is ideal for early-career professionals (1–2 years of experience) who are eager to build scalable software solutions and grow their technical expertise in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

As a Full Stack Developer, you will support the design, development, and maintenance of web-based applications, contributing to both backend services using.NET/C# and frontend interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, or Next.js. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including project managers, technology leaders, and state teams—to understand requirements and deliver efficient, user-focused solutions.

Assist in the implementation, management, and maintenance of technology projects.

Collaborate with team members, including the Head of Technology, project managers (PMs), and state leads, on technology projects.

Support the design and delivery of software solutions by providing technical assistance

Contribute to business process improvements related to technical applications and systems development.

Work diligently to meet project milestones and deadlines.

Interact with cross-functional teams and end-users to understand and establish project requirements.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.

Candidates with 1- 2 years of relevant experience in technology projects.

Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and an interest in documentation.

Teamwork and an eagerness to contribute to projects in a collaborative environment.

A strong technical aptitude and eagerness to learn new software and tools.

Practical experience with .NET / C# for building backend services and APIs

Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and at least one modern frontend framework (Angular, React, or Next.js).

Write clean, readable, and maintainable code by following established coding standards, naming conventions, and design principles (SOLID, DRY).

Basic knowledge of databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL.

Basic knowledge of building SaaS applications.

Exposure to Linux and scripting is a plus.

Willingness to learn DevOps basics for SaaS product deployment on AWS.
