Full Stack Development Team Leader

INTERCERT INC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Development Team Leader to lead our development team and drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications.

This is a leadership role for a technology professional who combines strong technical expertise with the ability to mentor teams, drive innovation, and deliver business-critical solutions.

Mandatory Technical Expertise

Candidates must have hands-on experience in all of the following technologies

• Angular
• React.js
• Node.js
• NestJS
• Python
• MySQL
• AWS (Amazon Web Services)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Full Stack Developers.
• Architect, design, and develop scalable web applications.
• Drive technical strategy and development best practices.
• Review code, ensure quality standards, and optimize performance.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Manage cloud deployments and infrastructure on AWS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time.
• Participate in system architecture and technology roadmap planning.
• Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and provide effective solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 6–10 years of Full Stack Development experience.
• Proven experience in leading and managing development teams.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and cloud technologies.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
