Responsibilities

Develop user-facing features using ReactJS and NextJS
Create PWA apps using ReactJS
Design and develop backend services and APIs using NodeJS and related technologies
Implement and manage database, primarily PostgreSQL, ensuring optimal performance and scalability
Integrate Firebase for real-time data, authentication, and serverless functions
Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure the technical feasibility of designs
Implement responsive designs and ensure cross-browser compatibility - Create unit test cases for all app functionality
Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability
Work closely with backend developers to integrate frontend components with server-side logic
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in full-stack development

Requirements

Proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+
Strong experience with ReactJS and its core principles
Knowledge of SSR using NextJS
Experience with backend development using NodeJS
Proficiency in database management using PostgreSQL
Familiarity with Firebase for real-time data and serverless functions
Some knowledge of state management libraries such as Redux or MobX
Experience with authentication mechanisms such as JWT
Understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
Good experience with RESTful APIs and web services
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
Good understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
