Full Stack Developers

About The Role

QuickZaps is building the next-generation fintech infrastructure for Bharat — enabling seamless bill payments, digital banking, and financial services for millions of users across Tier 2/3 towns and rural India.

We’re looking for Full Stack Developers who are passionate about building scalable, high-impact products and want to solve real-world problems through technology.

What You’ll Do

• Build and scale core product features across web applications and internal tools
• Write clean, modular, and high-performance code for both frontend and backend
• Collaborate with product, design and operations teams to ship features fast
• Work on integrations with banking APIs, payment gateways and real-time services
• Optimize performance, security, and reliability of the platform
• Own your work end-to-end — from planning to deployment

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in frontend + backend development (full stack)
• Knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Next.js/Vue etc.)
• Experience with Node.js / Express / NestJS or similar backend stack
• Familiarity with databases (SQL / NoSQL) and REST APIs
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, production-grade code
• Experience working in a startup or fast-moving environment is a plus
• Passion for building meaningful products at scale

Bonus Skills (Nice To Have)

• Payment gateway or fintech experience
• Cloud experience (AWS / GCP)
• Microservices architecture
• CI/CD and deployment pipelines
• Security-first mindset
