Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack 7+ Years) Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for both frontend and backend development.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to support various application functionalities.
• Work with relational (MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases for application data management.
• Implement Python and PHP where necessary for backend services and integrations.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and fix bugs, optimize performance, and ensure the application meets high standards of quality.
• Participate in team meetings, code reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer out of which 3+ years as Team Lead.
• Proficiency in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
• Hands-on experience with Python and PHP for backend development.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git, GCP etc
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Skills:
• Experience in building chatbots and AI-related projects.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks, tools, or APIs.
• Experience with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of DevOps practices and tools.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
