Full Stack Developer

Job Description: Full Stack Developer Role Overview: We are looking for a capable and product-focused Full Stack Developer with 3-5 years of experience in building and deploying modern web applications. The candidate should be comfortable working across frontend, backend, databases, APIs, and cloud platforms, while also using AI-assisted development tools and vibe coding workflows to rapidly build prototypes, MVPs, and production-ready applications. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain responsive full-stack web applications. • Build frontend interfaces, backend services, APIs, and database workflows. • Convert business requirements and product ideas into working applications. • Use AI coding tools to accelerate development, debugging, testing, and documentation. • Review, improve, and secure AI-generated code before deployment. • Integrate third-party APIs, payment systems, AI services, and external platforms. • Deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms. • Troubleshoot production issues and improve performance and scalability. • Collaborate with product, design, and business teams. • Take ownership of features from concept to deployment. Required Skills: • 3-5 years of full-stack development experience. • Strong Python programming and coding knowledge, with hands-on experience in developing backend services, APIs, automation scripts, and application logic. • Strong knowledge of JavaScript and/or TypeScript. • Experience with React.js, Next.js, Angular, or Vue.js. • Experience with Node.js, Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI, Java, or similar backend technologies. • Good understanding of REST APIs, authentication, and application security. • Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Firebase, or Supabase. • Familiarity with Git, cloud deployment, and CI/CD workflows. • Ability to independently build and deploy complete applications. AI-Assisted Development Skills: • Hands-on experience with tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Windsurf, Replit, Bolt, Lovable, or similar platforms. • Ability to build prototypes and MVPs using natural-language prompts. • Strong capability to debug, refactor, test, and validate AI-generated code. • Familiarity with LLM APIs, AI agents, vector databases, or RAG is an advantage. Preferred Skills: • Experience with Docker, automated testing, and microservices. • Exposure to AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Vercel, or Netlify. • Experience in SaaS, startup, enterprise, or AI-enabled product development. • Familiarity with Figma, React Native, or Flutter is beneficial. Soft Skills: • Strong problem-solving and product-thinking abilities. • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership. • Able to balance rapid development with code quality, security, and scalability. • Good communication, collaboration, and attention to detail. • Willingness to learn and experiment with new tools and technologies.
