Full Stack Developer (React / Node.js / Python)

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with 2+ years of hands-on experience to design, build, and maintain modern web applications. You will work across the stack — from responsive, type-safe frontends to scalable backend services and well-structured databases — while following best practices for code quality, testing, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and maintain frontend applications using React.js, Vite, and TypeScript

· Build scalable backend APIs using Node.js (Fastify) or Python

· Design and optimize MongoDB and PostgreSQL databases

· Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code

· Create and maintain unit test cases with good code coverage

· Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, QA) to deliver features end-to-end

· Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner

Required Skills

· Strong proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling (Vite)

· Solid experience building REST/GraphQL APIs with Node.js (Fastify) and/or Python (Flask/FastAPI/Django)

· Hands-on experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL — schema design, indexing, and query optimization

· Strong understanding of software testing practices (unit, integration) and code coverage tools

· Familiarity with Git-based workflows and code review processes

· Good debugging and performance-tuning skills

· Strong problem-solving ability and attention to code quality

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Quick learner with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Nice to Have

· Experience with CI/CD pipelines

· Familiarity with Docker/containerized deployments

· Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)

· Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, etc.)

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
