Full-Stack Developer & Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

Product Management

Understand business and customer requirements.Create product requirements, user stories, and basic documentation.Manage the product roadmap and development priorities.Work with designers and developers to deliver new features.Collect user feedback and suggest product improvements.Track competitors and market trends.Full-Stack Development

Develop and maintain web applications.Build frontend and backend features.Work with databases and manage data.Write clean and maintainable code.Deploy and maintain applications.Ensure applications are secure, reliable, and scalable.Required Skills

Good experience in Full-Stack Development.Knowledge of React / Next.js / Angular / Vue.js or similar frontend technologies.Experience with Node.js or similar backend technologies.Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases.Good understanding of REST APIs and third-party integrations.Experience with Git and software development processes.Basic understanding of AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms.Understanding of Agile/Scrum development.Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, Notion, or similar.Product Management Skills

Good understanding of product development.Good communication and coordination skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and features.Ability to work with developers, designers, and business teams.Qualifications

Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field.4+ years of experience in software development and/or product management.Experience working in a startup or product-based company is a plus.Compensation: 360,000.00 - 420,000.00 per year
