Position: Full Stack Developer

Experience Required: 3+

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled MERN Stack Developer with 3+ years of experience in building and maintaining modern web applications. The ideal candidate should be proficient in both front-end and back-end development, capable of delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and maintain web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

· Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces.

· Design and integrate RESTful APIs.

· Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.

· Manage databases and troubleshoot technical issues.

· Collaborate with designers, project managers, and development teams.

· Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

General Responsibilities

· Participate in code reviews and testing processes.

· Work closely with project managers and team members.

· Maintain project documentation and technical specifications.

· Stay updated with the latest development trends and technologies

Required Skills

· 3+ years of Full Stack Development experience.

· Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and React.js.

· Proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, Node.js, and REST APIs.

· Experience with Git and version control systems.

· Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

· Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

· Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

· Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. (Knowledge of PHP, Laravel, and MySQL will be an added advantage.)

Education

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.

· Relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
