Full Stack Developer (Mern + Python)

Consultant (3 6 Years Experience)

Take ownership of modules/components within projects.

Translate business requirements into technical solutions and document them.

Contribute significantly to design sessions and promote best practices.

Mentor analysts and review their work.

Integrate third-party APIs and cloud services (as needed).

Senior Consultant (6 10 Years Experience)

Lead the development and architecture of complex applications or features.

Make key technical decisions, select frameworks, and recommend stack improvements.

Oversee end-to-end delivery and ensure quality/compliance with standards.

Coordinate with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and propose technical solutions.

Mentor junior team members and foster skill development.

Technical Skills: Python, SQL, AI/Generative AI (Claude/GPT), Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LLM, Vector Databases, LangChain/LlamaIndex, ReactJS, Node.js, Express.js.

Note: "Hands-on experience deploying LLM-based features to production, not limited to prototyping or experimentation."

Nice to have: MongoDB, Pandas, Snowflake, AI coding-assist tool experience (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar)

Education: BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc (CS or related).
